1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BetIQ Social. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that betting is legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

BetIQ Social is a social platform for sharing betting tips and tracking outcomes. We do not operate as a bookmaker, accept wagers, or handle any money. All actual betting activity takes place on third-party platforms entirely at your own risk.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may not create accounts for other people or impersonate any person or entity
• You may not create more than one account per person without prior written permission
• You must notify us immediately at support@betiqsocial.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BetIQ Social only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or abusive
• Deliberately falsify bet outcomes or manipulate your public statistics
• Use the platform to promote illegal gambling services or unlicensed bookmakers
• Scrape, crawl, or extract platform data without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Create bots or automated accounts to generate artificial engagement
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting on BetIQ Social, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. We do not endorse any tip, prediction, or opinion posted by users. Content that violates our Content Policy will be removed.

5. AI Predictions

AI-generated predictions on the platform are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not financial advice and should not be relied upon as a basis for placing bets. Past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future results. Always gamble responsibly — see our Responsible Gambling Policy.

6. Leaderboard & Statistics

Bet outcomes are settled automatically via live score data. In the event of a data error or discrepancy, we reserve the right to correct statistics. Leaderboard rankings are for social purposes only and carry no monetary value or prize.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to BetIQ Social. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform or branding without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

BetIQ Social is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not accept liability for any betting losses you incur based on content shared on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetIQ Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting decisions.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account Management. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
