Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your BetIQ Social account and all associated personal data at any time. The fastest way is directly from the app — or use the form below.
Delete from the App (Fastest)
Open Settings
Tap your profile photo → Settings, or navigate via the bottom tab bar.
Go to Account Management
Under the Account section, tap "Account Management".
Select "Delete Account"
Choose "Delete Account" and confirm. Your account and data will be queued for permanent deletion.
Confirmation email
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Email address and password
- Username and display name
- Profile photo and bio
- All posts, tips, and comments
- Bet history and statistics
- Followers and following lists
- Community memberships
- Notification preferences
- Push notification tokens
- Records required for fraud prevention (up to 7 years)
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics (no personal identifiers)
- Data we are legally required to retain by applicable law
- Content already seen by others (cached copies may persist briefly in backups, cleared within 90 days)
Submit a Deletion Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@betiqsocial.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your username if known. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

- Data correction — correction of inaccurate personal data we hold
